IBWA Announces New Vice President Of Communications

Alexandria, VA –– The International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) is pleased to announce that Jill Culora was named vice president of communications. 

Jill has worked as a communications/public relations consultant to IBWA since 2009 and has a full understanding of the many important issues facing the bottled water industry and IBWA’s members.  

“Jill’s work at IBWA has included securing favorable press coverage, developing and implementing our communications strategies and initiatives, spearheading our social media activities, and writing a variety of communications content pieces,” said Joe Doss, IBWA president and CEO.  

“We know that Jill will continue to bring a high level of experience and expertise to IBWA’s communications department.”  

Earlier in her career, Jill worked as the head of the media relations unit at James Cook University in Australia, a newsroom print reporter (News Corporation and Tribune Media), a magazine writer (Condé Nast and BoatUS), and a producer of television (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) and radio (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) news programs.  

Jill is a graduate of Dalhousie University where she studied political science and a graduate of the University of King’s College where she received a post-baccalaureate degree in journalism.
