Bevi and Icelandic Glacial announced leadership changes aimed at positioning both beverage companies for continued growth.

Bevi has added two leaders to its executive team as the smart water cooler provider prepares for its next phase of growth. Tom Foran was named chief revenue officer, and Julien Levesque was appointed as vice president of product for the maker of smart water coolers.

Foran has more than 25 years of experience, most recently serving as senior vice president and general manager of Yelp’s national business. Before Yelp, he led a global go-to-market team as chief revenue officer at Outbrain and oversaw sales at Quigo through its acquisition by AOL in 2007.

Levesque joins Bevi with over 15 years of experience in product development. He previously served as senior vice president of product development at SharkNinja, where he directed product roadmap strategy and development for corded vacuums, robotic vacuums and other categories. His earlier roles at SharkNinja and Staples included marketing and strategic sales responsibilities.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Tom and Julien to Bevi’s leadership team,” said Cathy Lewenberg, CEO of Bevi, in a statement. “Tom brings deep strategic and operational expertise that has consistently propelled businesses forward, while Julien’s exceptional leadership in building teams and products that customers love will strengthen our foundation for growth. Their combined experience is pivotal as we continue to build a category-defining beverage brand.”

Elsewhere, Icelandic Glacial appointed Caroline Levy, founder of advisory firm CLAS and a consumer and beverage industry analyst, to its board of directors.

Levy has more than 30 years of experience across consumer research, brand strategy, corporate governance and wellness trends. She currently serves on the boards of Celsius Holdings and Athletic Brewing Co., the largest non-alcoholic beer producer in the United States, and advises consumer brands on growth, innovation and operations through CLAS.

“I am honored to join the board of directors at Icelandic Glacial,” Levy said in the announcement. “The brand is uniquely positioned at the intersection of premium quality and global consumer wellness. I look forward to contributing to its next stage of growth.”
