A federal Judge has determined that post-accident drug testing and safety incentive programs are not prevented under OSHA’s new rules therefore denying a request for injunctive relief, according to a legal update from Chicago-IL law firm SmithAmundsen LLC. OSHA has said it will start enforcement of the new rules starting today, December 1, cites the source.
