Accent Food Services, a vending, micro market and office coffee service provider in Austin, TX, announces two new hires in October 2016. Melinda Grandell will join Accent effective 10/11/16 as its Office/Coffee Channel Manager. This position will own the equipment, product, and selling strategy for Accent within this channel. The Office/Coffee Channel Manager will report to John Christian and be based in our Dallas/FTW office.
Grandell comes to Accent with a strong background of channel specific experience working for both Aramark and American Food & Vending. "John and I are truly excited about adding Melinda to the team," said Josh Rosenberg, President of Accent Food Services. "Melinda’s experience within this channel will help us enhance or OCS platform and better position Accent for growth in this important segment. We see tremendous upside in this segment of our business with goals to more than double our total revenue over the coming three years."
Ray Leydecker joins Accent effective 10/10/2016 as Director of Business Integration. This position will support acquisitions and the integration of business as the company continues to acquire. The Director of Business Integration will report to Rosenberg and reside in Austin, TX. Leydecker brings over 25 years of experience in sales and retail operations management, most recently as Vice President of Operations for Austin based Mcliff Coffee + Vending since 2010. "Ray’s addition is timely as we continue to develop a deep acquisition pipeline with focus in our existing and new geographies over the next 12 – 36 months," said Rosenberg.
