Taco Bell is actively changing its image and how it serves consumers. Earlier this week it announced it was removing artificial ingredients from much of its menu. Now it will consider food delivery at its Irvine, CA-based Taco Bell subsidiary, potentially to college campuses, reports the LA Times. The plan would be to delivery only Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
