365 Retail Markets Awarded The Business Transformational Salesforce Service Surfboard Award

This year, the Service Cloud and Desk.com, subsidiaries of Salesforce joined forces to host the inaugural Salesforce Service Surfboard Awards during the 14th Annual Dreamforce Conference in San Francisco, California from October 13-16. The conference itself is huge, with over 145,000 attendees, 1,400 breakout sessions and guest speakers including Hilary Clinton and Will. I. Am. The Dreamforce conference is an opportunity to network across multiple industries and learn about the latest updates and offerings from Salesforce. As an award recipient, Ryan McWhirter, 365’s Director of Product gave a presentation during the "Delivering Scalable Support: The Path to Success for Growing Organizations" session on behalf of 365 Retail Markets. He spoke about 365’s support strategies, the company’s beginnings, and most importantly about how Salesforce was able to scale in response to 365’s growing demand.
