NAMA's SDP To Take Place June 5 To 6 In Las Vegas, Nev.

NAMA has announced that its 2014 Supervisor Development Program (SDP) will take place June 5 to 6 in Las Vegas, Nev., at The New Tropicana. The program is a mix of small group discussion and interactive learning so attendees can round out core management skills. With new faculty, added topics and a new two-day format, attendees will learn critical leadership skills, how to optimize time management and discover how and when to delegate.

They will also master customer service essentials, learn techniques on how to problem solve, improve teamwork and handle difficult conversations with employees and customers. The NAMA SDP delivers using real-world scenarios, first-rate instructors and time-tested methodology. Attendees will leave with a personal action plan to put all new knowledge and skills to work to advance their career and boost company performance.
