Global Holdings, Inc. Transitions U.S. East Coast Office To Virginia

Dec. 11, 2013

Global Holdings, Inc. announced it is moving its U.S. East Coast office from New Jersey to Virginia Beach, Va. The Hampton Roads area of Virginia houses the world's largest military naval presence and the largest commercial maritime gateway, as well as numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Management sees this as a strategic move, better positioning the company for both short-term and long-term growth of its U.S. East Coast operations. With Hampton Roads' large presence of all military branches within a few miles of the new office, the company feels that ample military government contracts could be easily awarded upon successful bids.

Both break bulk and international container shipments can be easily imported and exported through one of the most efficient ports in the world, Port of Virginia. The company office is now within 15 miles of this internationally recognized port gateway.

Global Holdings, Inc. office is located at 2232 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, Va. 23454 and its mailing address at 3419 Virginia Beach Blvd, Unit 252, Virginia Beach, Va. 23452.

Global Holdings, Inc. owes no suppliers or manufacturers; inventories that are held have all been paid-in-full.
