Tattoo Helps Indian River County, Fla. Sheriff Catch Suspected Vending Burglar

An elaborate tattoo helped the Indian River County, Fla. sheriff’s office nab a suspect wanted for stealing more than $1,000 from a vending machine at Vero Bowl in Vero Beach, Fla., according to Florida Today in Stuart, Fla.
