As Tullio describes, “Maybe I'm just having an 'OK Boomer' moment, but I believe that clarity is critical in the b2b world. Unless the acronym is so common — like b2b, for example — then show some respect for the power of communication. Put away the colloquialisms, acronyms and abbreviations.”
