Grindmaster- Cecilware Corp. (GMCW) announced that Kristian Kuh has been appointed Western U.S. area sales director, Kenny Stratton has been appointed central U.S. area sales director, and David Haimes will be joining the GMCW sales team as area vice president, Northeast.
As Western U.S. area sales director, Kristian Kuh will be responsible for managing all sales activities in the Western portion of the US, with all sales personnel and manufacturer rep groups in this area reporting to him. Kuh will be based in San Francisco, Calif. Frank Coronado, who previously managed this region, will be shifting his focus to the growth and development of key Latin American markets. Coronado and Kuh will be working together closely during this transition.
Kuh brings impressive business development experience to his new role. Kuh most recently worked as a sales and marketing consultant providing services in foodservice, toy and hobby, and athletic apparel industries. Before that, he served as Prince Castle Worldwide’s key account manager. In this role, Kuh worked with target national chain accounts to execute custom equipment solutions. He also served as IMI Cornelius’s manager of market development and research. Kuh’s knowledge of the foodservice industry and his strategic customer development skills make him an ideal fit for his new role as GMCW’s Western U.S. area sales director.
Kuh has earned a B.A. in Communications from Luther College in Decorah, IA.
As central U.S. area sales director, Kenny Stratton will be responsible for managing all sales activities in the central portion of the U.S., with all sales personnel and manufacturer rep groups in this area reporting to him. Stratton will be based in Houston, Texas. Keith Enscoe, who previously managed this region, will be shifting his focus to the growth and development of key national accounts. Enscoe and Stratton will be working together closely during this transition.
Stratton is an experienced sales leader in the beverage equipment industry. He recently worked for Franke Coffee Systems as the director of business development. In this role, Stratton led strategic customer solution development for national accounts and managed the training of manufacturer rep groups in target markets. Before that, Stratton was a district sales manager for Bunn. During his time with Bunn, Stratton was responsible for remarkable sales growth in his territory and the development of partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies. Stratton’s sales experience, leadership ability, and knowledge of the foodservice industry make him an ideal fit for his new role as GMCW’s central U.S. area sales director.
Stratton has studied at Eastern Illinois University and Springfield College and completed various professional sales development programs.
Joining the sales team as area vice president, Northeast, David Haimes will be responsible for the growth, development, and profitability of the Northeast portion of the U.S., with all sales personnel and manufacturer rep groups in this area reporting to him. Haimes will be based in New Jersey.
Haimes has provided value to Cecilware, now GMCW, for the past 26 years. Haimes was originally an independent rep for Cecilware during which time he focused on military and government contracts. He was later hired by Cecilware as a special projects manager then went on to assume the role of vice president of operations for the Cecilware Long Island City manufacturing facility. Haimes’s product knowledge and customer relationships make him a welcome addition to the sales team and an ideal fit for this position.
