Editor’s Insight: This study demonstrates how difficult it is to change kids’ eating habits. Simply changing the menu is not going to change their habits.

Nutrition education must include classroom instruction in conjunction with a healthier menu.

The report notes that the education needs to be provided to parents in addition to kids. 07-21-11 by Elliot Maras
