Just Baked launches Smart Bistro Kiosks at UNLV in partnership with First Class Vending

Students at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus, will have the option to order hot meals like White Castle Sliders, Wow Bao Asian Street Food, cinnamon rolls, lava cakes and breakfast sandwiches.

Automated Retail Technologies announced that its Just Baked Smart Bistro Kiosks will offer hot, fresh food to students at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus, launching in partnership with First Class Vending, who will operate the Just Baked Smart Bistro kiosks on the UNLV campus.

The self-service smart machines bring fresh, delicious food with convenience and ease. To order, customers simply touch the display to view meal options, and then select a hot meal that is ready within one minute. The Smart Bistro is safe and clean, and it offers different payment options including credit and debit cards, student cards, and the Just Baked app. 

Students in the student union and dorms have the option to order hot meals like White Castle Sliders, Wow Bao Asian Street Food, cinnamon rolls, lava cakes, and breakfast sandwiches. 

According to the announcement, Just Baked will be launching with other vending operators nationally to deploy kiosks. It is currently looking to expand its business with new partnerships throughout the country. Hundreds of Just Baked Smart Bistros plan to be placed in the U.S. by the end of 2022.
