The San Francisco start-up Sudden Coffee is aiming to change the perception of instant coffee, according to The New York Times. The company uses single origin beans from top roasters, the source reports, and then dehydrates it into a powder that reportedly retains complex flavors. The product comes in a single serve tube, containing enough coffee for one 8 ounce cup. The user simply has to add water or milk.
