Study Finds Coffee May Reduce Type 2 Diabetes Risk

A study published in the journal Diabetologia found that coffee drinkers who increased their coffee consumption by more than one cup per day had an 11 percent lower risk of type 2 diabetes compared with those whose consumption remained steady, according to CNN Health. Decreasing coffee intake by more than a cup per day was associated with a 17 percent increased risk of type 2 diabetes. Full article.
