Study Finds Drinking An Afternoon Cup Of Coffee Can Drastically Affect Sleep

A new study released in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine found that drinking coffee or any caffeine in the afternoon can disrupt sleep, according to Comunicaffe. The study involved 12 people who were given caffeine pills. The study found that the participants’ sleep was disrupted even when they took the pills six hours before bedtime. Full article.
