Upcoming webinar explores new workplace beverage opportunities beyond soda
An upcoming workplace beverage webinar will examine how convenience services operators can respond to changing employee preferences with new premium and organic refreshment options.
The one-hour session, scheduled for August 27 at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT, looks “Beyond Soda: Why Today’s Workplace is Ready for a New Generation of Refreshment.”
Nadene Barric and Chef Cameron Cavida of Tractor Beverage will explore the factors shaping workplace beverage trends and how operators can adapt their programs to capitalize on them. The session will also explore what employees are seeking from workplace refreshments and how additional beverage choices can support sales growth and differentiate an operation.
Bob Tullio, Automatic Merchandiser's contributing editor, and the Tractor Beverage team will discuss the growing role of premium organic beverages in workplace refreshment. Joe Simonovich of Daycast will bring an employee benefits and workplace events perspective to the discussion. His perspective will help connect beverage and refreshment offerings with the broader benefits employers consider when trying to create a more appealing workplace.
The webinar will also include examples of operators introducing Tractor’s ready-to-drink and Haymaker beverages into micro markets, vending machines, pantry service and office coffee programs.
Through his role at Daycast, Simonovich works with employee benefits events and has insight into the perks and amenities companies use to improve employee satisfaction and support workplace engagement.
The webinar is designed to give operators practical ideas for evaluating their current beverage mix and introducing new products. Attendees will also learn how to schedule a product demonstration and sample evaluation with Tractor Beverage. Tractor Beverage Co. is sponsoring the webinar.
Operators can register to attend the live event or watch the webinar on demand after the broadcast.
