The Los Angeles Times reports a federal appeals court blocked a San Francisco ordinance that requires advertisers of sugary drinks to post health warnings. The court determined in a unanimous decision that the law "likely violates freedom of speech." The three-judge panel also faulted the 2015 ordinance for mandating a large warning on billboards, structures and vehicles.
