LinkedIn has over 150 Million users can help you in several ways, first as a way to market your company and services and second as a way to recruit new employees.
5 tips to consider about LinkedIn

2.) Build your network by adding 10 new contacts per day -- in just over two months you will have 500 contacts,
3.) Use advance search to source people easily for open positions,
4.) Join at least 20 groups –- where you can post jobs for free plus you can become a thought leader by posting and answering questions within these groups -– also you can join up to 50 groups,
5.) Update your status a few times per week, one great way to do this is by sharing an update on yourself or your company you can also attach a link to an article or to your company’s website.
Facebook has recently created an app within there site called Branch Out. It is growing fast with over 25 million users. This allows you to search for candidates and post jobs within base of users. They are still well behind LinkedIn as of now, but they are growing fast. Lastly don’t forget you can post jobs for free on your company twitter account.
