Utah Business Magazine's "Best Companies to Work For" honors are based on a combination of anonymous employee surveys and expert analysis of workplace culture, including management, structure, benefits, compensation, engagement, and more. Out of the thousands of companies in Utah, only fifty-six were selected for this prestigious award.

OptConnect’s recognition from Utah Business Magazine comes after the company was recently named to the Inc. 5000, a list of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
