Live From Vendors Exchange International Inc. Open House: Pittsburgh Operator Enthusiastic About New Vending Technology

Don Diffendal, vice president of finance at Laurel Foodsystems, a Pittsburgh, Pa.-based vending and foodservice operator, notes that he’s excited about the "Revision" vending machine door from Vendors Exchange International Inc. (VEII). He was interviewed at the VEII open house in Cleveland, Ohio. Diffendal also notes he is excited about VEII’s MIND (Make Informed Nutrition Decisions), a video touchscreen that can be retrofitted to the vending machine. Diffendal sees the MIND as a way to meet the government’s nutrition disclosure rules.
