Consumers remain indifferent to swapping their physical wallets for digital ones. A Gallup poll shows that only 13 percent of Americans have a mobile wallet on their smartphone and 38 percent of those don't see any benefit to using the technology.
The majority of people still remain unmoved by mobile wallet providers and report that they are unlikely to add one to their smartphone. More than half of those reluctant to use a mobile wallet cite security concerns as the main reason.
