Mobile Vending Purchases Come To The University At Buffalo

Students returning this fall to the University at Buffalo, located in Buffalo, NY, will be able to use their smartphones to make purchases at any of the college’s 236 vending machines, according to the University at Buffalo Reporter. A free mobile app called CBORD Mobile ID allows users to make mobile vending machine purchases using funds from their university card. The university is exploring expanding the mobile payment app to include paying for laundry facilities and reservations in dorms. Full article.
