Clif Builders adds white fudge Oreo protein bar to lineup

Clif Builders has released a new White Fudge Oreo-flavored protein bar, expanding the line of high protein bars positioned for post-workout recovery.

Mondelēz International said the new flavor is inspired by the Oreo white-fudge-covered sandwich cookie and is designed to combine a dessert-like taste with recovery-focused nutrition. The bar has a crunchy texture, a white fudge coating and a dark cocoa drizzle.

According to the company, each bar contains 20 g of plant-based protein and includes carbohydrates intended to help fuel recovery after hard workouts or training.

Saurabh Kaushik, head of Clif and Builders innovation at Mondelēz International, said the company is building on the performance of a Builders Oreo-flavored launch in 2025 by expanding the partnership in 2026 with the new white fudge variety. The White Fudge Oreo flavor joins Chocolatey Peanut Butter, as well as the Reduced Sugar Crispy protein bars.
