The menu features meals curated by in-house nutritionists using the highest quality, nutrient-dense, seasonal ingredients, and will feature meals created through guest collaborations. At launch, chef collaborations will include meals from Joël Watanabe of Kissa Tanto, Nihal Elwan of Tayybeh and Kim Vo of Chầm Chậm.

At launch, the meal collaborations include the Andalucía Bowl by chef Joël Watanabe, Muhammara Chicken Wrap by Nihal Elwan and Vietnamese Zoodle Salad by chef Kim Vo.
