Ruby Chocolate Comes To The United States

Barry Callebaut, a globally leading chocolate manufacturer headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, has begun bringing ruby chocolate into the United States, according to The Washington Post.

The chocolate does not have added colors or flavors, and it tastes sweet and sour.
