Intelligent Store leverages the connectivity of the fully integrated MEDIA equipment portfolio. This new powerful feature makes it easier for operators to manage machines remotely; including over-the-air software updates, custom messaging and Retail Insights™ monitoring.
The dynamic over the air capabilities contained within the MEDIA platform are used to optimize the performance of the vending machines managed by the operator.
- With the remote software update functionality, operators can have peace of mind that their MEDIA assets will always be up to date with the newest features and enhancements.
- Operators can control the content of their MEDIA screens with custom messaging by advertising or promoting specific items to attract consumers and drive sales. Crane’s graphic team assists them in creating screen content that is then delivered remotely to requested machines.
