Palm Harbor, FL October 7, 2019: G&J Marketing and Sales is pleased to announce that industry veteran Michael Lawlor has been contracted to serve as G&J’s Vice President of Technology.
G&J is leading sales and marketing organization representing the vending, micro-market and OCS industry G&J works with the top customers nationwide, representing top manufacturers and brands, in key industry categories including candy, snacks, pastries, frozen foods, refrigerated products, hot & cold beverages and paper products.
Michael Lawlor will be leading G&J’s strategic expansion into today and tomorrow’s emerging technologies, changing the face of the vending, micro-market and OCS industries. Lawlor will be forming partnerships with industry leading technology providers, to offer these products and services, thru G&J’s coast to coast sales & marketing network, through their extensive list of customer relationships.
Lawlor provides a unique skill set to G&J in his new senior leadership position. He brings 30+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage, Vending, Micro Markets & OCS industries, on both the supplier side and as a vending operator, as well as extensive background in emerging technologies, including cashless & mobile payments, digital content and advertising, loyalty & rewards programs and VMS software. His background & experience include;
- Pepsi Cola Company – National Account Sales Manager & Regional Sales Director
- USA Technologies – Chief Services Officer and SVP of Sales & Business Development
- Apex Vending Services – President and Co-Owner
- NAMA Board of Directors member from 2016-2019
- NAMA Man of the Year 2018 (Allied Member)
Michael and his wife Gayla reside in Paoli, PA, outside of Philadelphia and have three (3) daughters - Brooke, Lauren and Taylor.
