Financial team moves at Hormel Foods, Flowers Foods

Paul Kuehneman was named interim chief financial officer and controller at Hormel Foods, effective October 27. Kuehneman succeeds Jacinth Smiley, who is leaving the company.

In other news, Flowers Foods Inc. named D. Anthony Scaglione as its chief financial officer, effective January 1, 2026. Scaglione will guide the company's financial strategy and oversee its treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax, internal audit, risk, procurement and information security functions.

Scaglione succeeds Steve Kinsey, who will retire from Flowers at year-end. Kinsey will serve in an advisory role for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition.
