VendTech earns “Best Workplace” recognition from Fortune
VendTech International, a supplier of vending and self-service solutions, has been named among the top 20 small- to medium-sized businesses in Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production list for 2025. The company ranks No. 19.
This recognition follows VendTech earning Great Place to Work certification for 2024-2025. To get on Fortune's 2025 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production list, a company must first become Great Place To Work Certified.
Both the certification and the latest recognition as a “Best Workplace” underscore VendTech’s commitment to workplace culture, employee engagement and operational excellence, noted Jonathan Beck, VendTech’s director of human resources.
“We are deeply honored to be named one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production for 2025. This award is not just about our business; it’s about our people. Every achievement we celebrate is built on the hard work, talent and commitment of our employees. Their dedication to quality, innovation and collaboration is what makes VendTech International/Naturals2Go not just a workplace, but a community,” he said.
Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production list is built on employee feedback collected by Great Place To Work. Using its Trust Index survey, the firm measures factors like trust in leadership, fairness, well-being and pride in work. Employees rate 60 statements on a five-point scale and answer open-ended questions, covering leadership accessibility, respect, support for development, fairness in pay and promotions, pride in work and sense of belonging.
