The acquisition encompasses all brands and sister companies under CandyMachines.com, a leading manufacturer of bulk vending and amusement machines and a distributor of a wide range of vending products.
CandyMachines.com, under the ownership of Jerry Korn, Harris Korn, and Kevin Johnson, has been a prominent figure in the online vending machine industry since 1998.
