Garten, a provider of healthy food and workplace wellbeing services, said it has acquired LeanBox, a fresh food vending machine provider. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable garten to extend its wellbeing services through expanded unattended food kiosks and café services to offices across the country, providing employers with a variety of healthy options to feed their returning onsite employees.
Founded in 2014, garten, formerly Oh My Green, offers a wellbeing platform that brings nutritious snacks, meals and drinks to workplaces through micro kitchens, micro markets, vending machines, catering and snack boxes.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, garten works with startups to Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries.
