March 28, 2019

Millennials expect more for customer service experience according to a recent Adobe Digital Insights survey of 1,500 U.S. adults about what they expect in digital experience from several industries, including retail and travel and hospitality, according to Forbes.

Survey results also indicated that  millennials prefer to work with a computer, such as a chatbot, than older adults, and they are also likely to take action, such as posting negative reviews on social media, after a bad online customer experience.
