California Couple Accused Of Breaking Into Vending Machine With Concrete Bolt Gun

Grass Valley, CA police have arrested a man and woman who allegedly used a concrete bolt gun to break open a vending machine, according to The Union. A suspected reported a couple shooting at a vending machine and then fleeing the scene. Later, the pair were arrested and found in possession of the concrete bolt gun, cash, other burglary tools and paraphernalia related to controlled substances.
