CAMA Announces Winners Of Canadian Vending & Office Coffee Service Awards

The Canadian Automatic Merchandising Association (CAMA) is pleased to announce the 2018 recipients of the vending and office coffee industry’s highest awards.
The annual awards presentations will be held in conjunction with Expo 2018 at the Village Conference Centre, Blue Mountains ON at 6:00 pm on Friday, October 26th. Industry members from across Canada and the United States will be present to recognize the recipients of the Don Storey Memorial Award, the Stuart Daw Gold Service Award, and the CAMA Customer Service Award.

The Don Storey Memorial Award will be presented Jeff Suitor of Brokerhouse Distributors Inc. Jeff is being recognized for his commitment and dedication to the vending industry and the Canadian Automatic Merchandising Association.

The Stuart Daw Gold Service Award will be presented posthumously to Ross Sharpe of Vending Products of Canada . Ross was known for providing world class customer service and for always demonstrating his love for the food service industry.

The CAMA Customer Service Award will be presented to Daniel St-Jean of André Labbée inc. Daniel is being recognized for his commitment to providing outstanding customer service and his ongoing support of the industry and the association.

Formed in 1953, the Canadian Automatic Merchandising Association (CAMA) is the only association representing the interests of vending and office coffee service operators, machine manufacturers as well as product and service suppliers and micro markets in Canada. With more than 250 members, the Association’s mission is to advance and promote the vending, office coffee service and micro market industries from coast-to-coast.

About CAMA Awards
The Stuart Daw Gold Service Award is presented to an active CAMA member who best exemplifies Stuart Daw’s fine qualities - entrepreneurial leadership, dedication and professionalism. This nominee should also possess sound work ethics upholding high industry standards and have made an exceptional contribution to the office coffee service industry.
The Don Storey Memorial Award is presented to an active member of CAMA who during their years in the vending industry have demonstrated high standards of integrity, commitment to industry image and community relations in the area in which he or she operates, or the particular activity in which he or she is involved.

The CAMA Customer Service Award
Introduced in 2011, this award recognizes the late Albert DeNovellis whose personal approach and dedication to high standards of service were admired by clients and members across Canada. This award is presented to a nominee who has, over a number of years, made an exceptional contribution to the vending and/or office coffee service industry in Canada in terms of interest, service and achievement.
