Nutella Chocolate Rumored To Be Considering Nestle Purchase

Ferrero, the long-standing Italy-based company that owns Nutella, is said to be considering entering the US market by purchasing the confectionery division of Nestléaccording to ItalyEurope 24. Ferrero is said to have hired an investments bank to study the transaction potential. The acquisition is valued at $3 Billion and would include brands like Butterfinger and BabyRuth, cites the source. No official announcements have been made.
