Millennials Are Less Likely To Cut Fat, Calories To Get Healthy

A recent survey by the International Food Information Council shows that millennials have a different approach to achieving a healthier lifestyle than the general population, according to Food Business News. Millennials are less likely to cease eating foods high in calories or fats, even saturated fats, than other generations. Instead, millennials look to technology and their overall diet to meet their personal health goals.
