US Forest Service Being Sued Due To Nestle Bottled Water Controversy

Three public interest groups filed “an action for declaratory and injunctive relief” against the Forest Service in California, according to Beveragedaily.com. At issue is the claim that the US Forest Service did not take action against Nestle Waters North America bottling water without a current permit in San Bernardino National Forest. The US Forest Service is making a decision on the Nestle permit, stating in the meantime the current terms of the permit would be in full effect, reports the source.
