Mississippi Police Catch Ice Vending Machine Change Skimmers

Two suspects have been apprehended in the theft of quarters from ice vending machines along the coast of Mississippi, reports GulfLive.com. According to the report, the thieves used a skimming apparatus to remove the quarters while appearing to be making an ice purchase. Police were able to covertly position themselves near an ice vending machine in order to conduct surveillance and ultimately catch the suspects.
