NRN reports that single-serve options were promoted as waste-reducing solutions. Meanwhile, distinctive coffee options such as cold-brew coffee offerings are emerging in popularity. Other trends include GMO-free, value-added gyros, hemp, mead, gluten-free, frozen products, adult juices, waters and sodas and new types of seafood.
