AVS Names Cortney Kinzler As Director Of Marketing

Elk Grove Village, IL – American Vending Sales (AVS) has announced that Cortney Black Kinzler has assumed the role of Director of Marketing for the Illinois distributor effective January 1, 2015. Kinzler, who has been with the company since 2004, was previously a member of the amusement and gaming sales team. As Director of Marketing, she will head up all marketing initiatives for AVS across the amusement, gaming and vending divisions.

“Cortney has been a valuable member of the AVS family and has performed many of our marketing functions throughout the years in addition to her sales duties,” said Vince Gumma, President of AVS. “As technology develops and information continues to move faster than ever, we need to strengthen our marketing presence, through both social media and traditional channels. Cortney has the experience to drive this change for AVS.”

An industry veteran, Kinzler has previously held positions with Midway Games, Incredible Technologies and Global VR. She holds a Master of Science degree in Recreation, Sport and Tourism from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Kendall College. Cortney is also the vice president/co-founder of Forever Kids Foundation and serves on the Kendall College Alumni Association Board.
