Reed’s, Inc. Awards Three Fans Company Stock Ownership To Celebrate 25th Anniversary

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reed’s, Inc. (NYSE MKT: REED) today announces the three winners of its “25 Years of Ginger Love” contest who will receive company common stock, cases of Reed’s Ginger Brews, T-shirts and Reed’s Moscow Mule mugs – all prizes worth nearly $24,000.

The grand prize winner, Jennifer Rawlins, of Fairfield, Ohio, won shares of Reed’s common stock (NYSE MKT: REED) just by entering the sweepstakes on Reed’s Facebook page at some point over the last six months. The prize pack is valued at approximately $15,0001, and includes 2,500 shares of stock, a case of Reed’s Ginger Brew, Reed’s Moscow Mule mugs and other company swag. Lawrence Lampron, of Livonia, Mich., won 1,000 Reed’s shares; and Daniel French, of Greeley, Colo., won 500 shares. Both also won a case of Reed’s Ginger Brew and other company swag.

“I had actually learned of (Reed’s) when my daughter was pregnant with her baby, and she was nauseated,” said Rawlins. “I … found your soda with ginger in it as I thought it would help her belly, and it was a more natural solution. I started reading more and more of the health benefits (of) ginger. I just find it so fitting!”
