Salad Vending Machines To Emerge In California

Chicago-based Farmer’s Fridge salad vending machines will be expanding to Los Angeles, CA, according to the L.A. Times. Farmer’s Fridge, which launched one year ago, prepares gourmet salads and snacks daily and sells them from specially designed kiosks around Chicago, IL. The source reports that Farmer’s Fridge founder Luke Saunders is working with partners in California to open the first Farmer’s Fridge vending machine in Los Angeles in the first half of 2015.
