Minnesota Automatic Merchandising Council (MAMC) Launches New Website And Takes A New Direction
(CHICAGO) – August 4, 2014 – NAMA congratulates the Minnesota Automatic Merchandising Council on the launch of their new website, reinvigorated leadership and reorganization.
The website, www.MAMConline.org, will keep MAMC members informed about industry issues, advocacy efforts and upcoming business and networking association events.
“This site will provide value and yield enhanced benefits for our members, particularly as it relates to their grassroots and networking initiatives,” said Steve Marx, NAMA Board Member and MAMC President.
“The MAMC, an affiliated state council of NAMA, is working for its members every day to promote the many positive aspects of the industry,” he continued.
An important part of MAMC’s new vision includes a day at the state capitol in 2015 to generate industry awareness among elected officials and have a stronger impact on legislative and regulatory issues for the Minnesota refreshment services industry.
As part of the group’s reorganization, the NAMA Association Services division will be taking over management of MAMC daily operations, including managing annual events, lobby days, board meetings and membership.
Founded in 1936, NAMA is the association representing the $42 billion U.S. vending and refreshment service industry. With more than 1800 member companies – including many of the world’s most recognized brands – NAMA provides advocacy, education and research for its membership.
