Wyoming Schools Overhaul Meals To Meet New Food Service Regulations

Wyoming school districts are wasting no time preparing for new food service regulations, even though the regulations won't be enforced for years, according to the Star Tribune in Casper, Wyo. The regulations include more green leafy vegetables, fewer starchy vegetables and whole grains.
