Over the past 30 years, I have uniquely acted as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of operations in the convenience services industry. Similar to arbitration, I’m asked from both sides to put together a fair deal for both parties and to help figure out the most reasonable course to take in order to accomplish what they are looking to do. Sitting in the middle makes it faster and smoother to cut to the chase and end up with a win-win deal. Obviously, this business model works, which is why I have sold over 300 companies, transferring over $900 million in revenue to the buyers.

I’m tasked not only with helping to decide on final price and terms but also oversee the due diligence, contracts and transition of the assets and accounts. In working through the transaction from start to finish, I’m able to help eliminate many of the misunderstandings and pitfalls that can happen in an acquisition.
