McDowell News reports that David Edward Rhom of Marion, NC, is wanted for breaking into a coin- or currency-operated machine in McDowell County. Rhom was caught on tape stealing in excess of $1,400 worth of goods and coins. Additional charges and arrests are pending, as well.
