First Class Vending Inc. To Acquire NCV Southwest Inc. In Las Vegas, Nevada

NCV Southwest Inc., a division of Vista, Calif.-based NCV Refreshment Services Inc., is selling assets to First Class Vending Inc., according to The Las Vegas Sun in Las Vegas, Nevada. VendingMarketWatch reported on 10-18-11 that Canteen Vending Services Inc. acquired nine of NCV Refreshment Service’s operating locations, but not the locations in Las Vegas and St. George, Utah.
