Purdue University Agricultural Economics Department Head And IFMA Share Projections Of Impact Of COVID-19 On Food Industry

While both noted forecasts are ever-evolving on the impact COVID-19 will have on the food industry, both the International Food Manufacturers Association (IFMA) and Distinguished Professor and Head of the Agricultural Economics Department at Purdue University Jayson Lusk have made some predictions.

IFMA released results of surveys of foodservice operators and manufacturers, along with a review of a consumer study regarding foodservice eating behavior changes, here. The surveys were conducted March 9 to 13.
