Danone SA CEO Emmanuel Faber predicts people across the world will increasingly want plant-based food, according to The Globe and Mail. He said the trend across continents is that people are becoming more interested in consuming vegetable protein with less animal protein, and that consumers want companies to be environmentally friendly.
